Our task in working with the Hirslanden Group is to attract qualified applicants online, simplify the recruitment process, pre-qualify applicants and automate processes. In this way, more suitable applicants can be found at lower cost via social media advertising. We have developed and jointly implemented a recruitment process for this task.

Our task was to create clickfunnels to attract qualified applicants within Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Through the personalisation of the clickfunnels and a simple structure of the main page, interested specialists can quickly and efficiently get an idea of the Hirslanden Group's requirements profile. Thanks to a sophisticated structure and sequence of the various questions, the Hirslanden Group can pre-select its applicants without incurring expensive labour costs. If there is a match between the Hirslanden Group's requirements profile and the interested person, the person is asked to enter their contact details in order to be contacted at a later date and, in the best case, invited to an interview.

Promotional video

Planning, recording and post-production of promotional videos to address job seekers from the care sector on social media.

In close cooperation with the Hirslanden Group's employer branding department, we developed a video concept for qualified employee recruitment. In doing so, we had to ensure that the video fulfilled the format and target group-specific requirements. We used the video concept to create the recordings at one of the many locations together with the nursing team. The two videos are aimed at care staff in the DACH region. One video was recorded in Swiss German and is aimed at nursing staff in German-speaking Switzerland, while the other was recorded in High German and is now being broadcast in Austria and Germany.

Each subscription has a minimum contract term.

With Website and webshop subscriptions the minimum contract term is longer, as we invest a lot of resources in the creation at the beginning and this should be worthwhile for you and us in the long term.

With Advertising campaigns and Funnels the minimum contract period is required so that the campaign can start efficiently. Digital advertising campaigns need time to collect enough data about the target group and become profitable.
